Extended Connectivity

The STR preamplifier has a wide range of input/output connections, including balanced and unbalanced inputs/outputs, Toslink and coaxial connections, as well as a USB DAC and a rare balanced digital input. It also has a network connection for firmware updates and facilitates the setup of Anthem Room Correction (ARC) by allowing connection to the preamplifier without having to connect the calibration microphone directly to the unit.

User-Friendly Interface

The STR preamplifier is equipped with a 4-inch TFT display with an accessible user interface that allows easy navigation through the menu of options. It offers a wide variety of configurations for speaker and bass management settings, including level and delay control, as well as tone control. It allows customization of input source levels and assignments, as well as the creation of virtual inputs for real-time comparisons.

Anthem Room Correction (ARC)

The STR preamplifier is equipped with the latest generation of Anthem Room Correction (ARC), offering 50% more processing power than previous versions. This exclusive feature automatically calibrates the acoustic signature of your speakers for optimal sound quality in your unique listening space.

Phono Features

The STR preamplifier takes into account the growing popularity of vinyl records and includes separate inputs for moving magnet (MM) and moving coil (MC) cartridges. The phono curve is continuously adjustable for optimal playback of all recordings.
